If you are checking Suisui before building a profile, start with her healer-support role, Song of Feathered Trace, Forbidden Bastion, and the 260% or more Energy Regen target for maximum buff scaling. 230-250% is a workable interim target. Her safest value comes from real healing plus Negative Status support, not from forcing her into every team.
